Sonya Rae Dodson-Loper entered this life October 22, 1965 to Tommy J.
and Rose Mary (Smith) Dodson in Sulphur, Oklahoma. She entered into
rest March 22, 2008 in Idabel, Oklahoma at the age of 42 years.
Sonya grew up in Sulphur and Davis, Oklahoma. In 1983, she graduated
from Davis High School. She was married to Steven Loper for ten years
and they had three children. She was currently attending Southeastern
Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Dodson;
grandmothers, Rachel Smith and Lorena Dodson; sister, Sandra Dodson; and
nephew, Kenneth Doyle Parrott, Jr.
She is survived by her mother, Rose
Dodson-Wadlow of Sulphur, Oklahoma; two sons, Dennis Loper and Mark
Loper, both of Wynnewood, Oklahoma; one
sons, death by her father, Shanda Cravatt and husband, Lee, of
Wynnewood, Oklahoma; one granddaughter, Paisley Kai Cravatt of
Wynnewood, Oklahoma; one brother, Shawn Dodson and wife, Jodi, of
Edmond, Oklahoma; three sisters, Bobbie Sledd of Sulphur, Oklahoma,
Sophia Bush and husband, Ralph, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, and Shelly
Herrera of Oklahoma City; and nine nieces and nephews. |
